Key responsibilities


You will be responsible for responsible for ensuring that we continuously leverage data to be on the forefront of creating market leading customer experiences across and in line with our value propositions and across the business.

This includes:

• Analysis, review and continuous optimization of digital channels – where when and how we should engage with customers to achieve target
• Discovering opportunities of value (product discovery) from data and managing a pipeline of ideas and hypothesis testing & idea validation
• Developing new mechanisms for transforming and displaying data in structured dashboards to the wider commercial organisation with clear understanding and articulation of its strategic value
• Accountable for analysing and understanding the drivers of customer behaviour and actively help the organisation making appropriate decisions based on this data
• Develop advanced analytics capabilities that enables us to understand and predict customers' behaviour in order to support strategic initiatives
• Manage and prioritize product backlog for data engineering scrum team based on overall strategy and objectives
• Coordinate work and priorities across technology teams involved in pursuit of achieving desired outcomes
• Assess where marketing should lead and where it should support offline customer engagement based on value proposition
• Understand audience targeting, look-a-likes etc.

We are looking for


The ideal candidate is a highly organized, technically-minded and excellent communicator with solid experience from a similar position.

You have solid experience in translating of numerical data into business actions.

Furthermore you:

• Are business outcome focused – with a real drive for results

• Have a strong process oriented approach to work and excellent attention to detail

• Resilient team player who is goal-orientated and demonstrates a high level of commitment with the ability to work under minimal supervision

• Are resilient, with the ability to persist and adapt despite challenges.

You are an ambitious, goal-oriented problem solver. You take ownership of your assignments and independently achieve results.

Furthermore, you thrive with a detail-oriented job in a demanding environment, where high quality as well as the ability to meet deadlines are in focus.

Fluency in both written and spoken English is a prerequisite as well as good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Danish is not a requirement.
