We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to assist the Social Media Manager. Our team will go ALL THE WAY to support you, in a thriving and ambitious environment. A passion for social media is essential, in addition to a proactive approach, high energy and willingness to get stuck in. Bring your know-how and ideas to create content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter and more.
As student assistant you will be able to collaborate across our corporate communications department including external media, internal comms, branding and sustainability teams.

• Assist on day-to-day development and execution of Social Media content across multiple channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc
• Monitoring campaign performance, and identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Community management, responding to or escalating when necessary.
• Identify influencer opportunities.
• Co-ordinate with our agency on content production - book in jobs and provide critical feedback at draft stages.
• Ability to develop and implement the TikTok strategy with proven hands on experience in the platform.
• Assist in scheduling content.
You are preferably in your last year of your bachelor or your first your in your Master - in a relevant subject.
You:
• Have experience managing live and stories content on multiple channels
• Have basic Video Editing skills on Adobe Pro.
• Have experience with content creation – Filming, recording, photography. Eager to learn and can-do attitude.
• Have a good sense of humour
• Have excellent written English - Creating copy for all platforms, implementing the brand’s tone of voice whilst maintaining socially engaging communication
• Have primary focus elevating organic social content
• Are excellent at team work and have great interpersonal skills, able to work with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and at all levels
• Will be co-ordinating internal content and assisting with SoMe news communication for our 80,000 employees
• Are skilled with Adobe Photoshop, includes basic image editing and correction.
