In recent years game-based social venues have been on the rise across the globe. They are the perfect meeting place for all social happenings: work, a date, or just friends on a night out.
We take mini-golf seriously, and brought the experience indoors to make it an all year round activity. At Camping, we combine fun and games with a vibrant bar and club culture. Our courses havegood playability but are still fun even for those who play mini-golf for the first time.
Our calendar is full of events creating a vibrant energy where people of all ages get together to have a good time, our staff enjoy working, and most importantly, no mosquitoes!

The Camping Marketing Manager has the overall responsibility for executing the annual marketing plan relating to the brand awareness and sales of mini golf, food and beverage, and merchandise.
Our perfect Campist has
- Minimum 5 years experience in a marketing management role
- Strong leadership ability
- The ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently.
- A love of sports and/or has a competitive nature
- Solid PR, partnership and collaboration background
- Experienced in creating fun (events)
- An extensive network
- Excellent communication at all levels
- Content creation skills, and a good eye for capturing the fun of Camping¨
- The experience to perform at a high level with the support of a leadership team
Areas of responsibility
- Conduct a smooth and efficient corporation between franchisee and franchisor
- Managing brand coordinators in local units.
- Creates annual marketing wheel in Denmark combining franchisor global strategy with a local twist
- Create the right split between brand awareness and sales driving activities and brand material
- Set, agree, and report on KPIs related to marketing channels and sales
- Take ownership of marketing budget, and track all spend
- Drives annual wheels and campaigns with booking, marketing, and event managers in local units.
- Uses centralized marketing material and adjusts to add local relevance
- Ensure all partner contractual agreements are implemented
- Incorporate partner marketing budgets to all strategies and events.
- Online guest journey and booking flow
- Online and in house visual identity, listings, and review platforms
- Camping reservation systems
The role
- Reports directly to Line Director for Camping
- Full time role with immediate start
- Can be based in Aarhus or Copenhagen
- Travel between cities and Norway will be required
