Are you the hero of the hour when it comes to organising and keeping track of bookings and sales? Are you persuasive and a genius at communicating - both verbally and written? And are you Sonic the Hedgehog on a keyboard while still maintaining an extraordinary level of customer service? Then you just might be the person we are searching for!
Camping Kødbyen is growing and therefore opening a position for a student assistant whose main responsibility will be to support our Brand Coordinator with group bookings and sales.
The position will be 15-20 hours a week spread over 2-3 days. This will be agreed-upon together with the Unit Manager and Brand Coordinator. This is a temporary position that will last no longer than 3 months.

In recent years game-based social venues have been on the rise across the globe. They are the perfect meeting place for all social happenings: work, a date, or just friends on a night out.
We take mini-golf seriously, and brought the experience indoors to make it an all year round activity. At Camping, we combine fun and games with a vibrant bar and club culture.
Our courses have good playability but are still fun even for those who play mini-golf for the first time.
Our calendar is full of events creating a vibrant energy where people of all ages get together to have a good time, our staff enjoy working, and most importantly, no mosquitoes!

Job description:
In this job your main responsibilities will be to:
- Be in charge of the bookingmail. This means answering all sorts of booking requests - big as small - as well as secure sales in this matter. This will be done through email, phone and direct messages on social media.
- Working in Dinnerbooking and responsible for correct data entry in regards to booking and guest details
- Direct communication between booking and operations in regards to reservations you have made
- Occasional ad hoc-tasks in relation to bookings
The Brand Coordinator will introduce you to the systems and procedures necessary to fulfil the role properly.
For you to thrive in this position it is necessary that you, as a person, are:
- Outgoing, friendly and welcoming
- Serviceminded and patient
- A good coordinator
- Great at communicating in both Danish and English - written as well as verbally
- Structured and good at keeping track of tasks
