Stine Goya is recruiting an innovative and multidisciplinary Senior Marketing Managerwith luxury brand experience to join our dynamic global Marketing team.

Based at our global HQ in Copenhagen, the Senior Marketing Manager will be a crucial component in a period of rapid growth for the brand, managing all marketing initiatives globally, from briefing to launch, while running the day-to-day functionality and optimisation of our social media platforms.

Reporting to the Head of Global Communications & Marketing, this position is pivotal in both supporting an engagement and awareness strategy for Stine Goya’s existing and aspirational audience. As Senior Marketing Manager, you will drive and execute a consistent brand narrative that engages, builds awareness and fosters a deep emotional connection between our audience, brand and product with 360 end-to-end management and a keen eye for quantitative analysis and strategic optimisation.

You will be responsible for building relationships with key brand partners, wholesale stockists and project stakeholders. You will support the Head of Global Communications & Marketing in inspiring and leading the Marketing team to deliver exceptional campaigns and activities across all channels, ensuring deliverables and KPIs are met.

Working closely with Sales, Design, E-Commerce and Product & Development, you will apply excellent communication skills to instil consistent alignment across all departments, providing the necessary tools and information to support successful marketing activities – from branded photoshoots and collaborations to our twice-annual Copenhagen Fashion Week shows and regular influencer partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in social media academia and best practices, solution-driven and hold a deep understanding of both commercial and brand-building needs. With a strong focus on data and analytics, you will oversee and articulate omnichannel projects with flair and watertight reporting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of long and short-range marketing calendars and planning, ensuring all business functions and key stakeholders are updated regularly and relevant approvals are achieved
  • Develop and execute commercial marketing briefs and content strategies built around relevant and insightful data
  • Deliver and manage project critical paths, leading all communications with agents, creative partners, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure all external partners have the tools to support our brand at both local and global levels and monitor alignments on the use of brand assets, tone-of-voice etc.
  • Liaise with P&D, Sales, E-Commerce and Retail for the timely delivery of high-quality seasonal collateral (i.e. POS and line sheets) before the start of the season and international trade showrooms
  • Support the Head of Global Communications & Marketing and Creative Director in bringing seasonal campaign shoots and lookbooks to fruition
  • Oversee the development and management of our global press list and press syndications with the Marketing Executive
  • Manage the day-to-day scheduling, execution and flighting of all social media content, with support from the Marketing Assistant and external creative agency
  • Develop and manage key influencer relationships and paid partnerships, together with the Marketing Executive
  • Support the Global Marketing Director in the day-to-day running and distribution of the annual department budget
  • Help the Global Marketing Director to develop and manage the Marketing Assistant and Marketing Executive, inspiring and driving success and progression in their roles
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, shifts and changes – provide insight to maintain Stine Goya relevancy
  • Support with the creation of brand presentations across the business
  • Constantly looking for improving ways of working and process
  • Monitor the efficiency and commercial success of all projects through data and analytics and provide concise reporting to the Global Marketing Director

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 4+ years experience at a manager level in a luxury fashion or premium fashion brand
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
  • A passion for social media and marketing analytics
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and dynamic self-starter mindset
  • Acute culture of image, art & design, music
  • A solid comprehension of the Stine Goya brand DNA
  • Excellent managerial skills
  • An outgoing, cheerful demeanour, with a resourceful attitude and the energy required to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Autonomous, proactive with the ability to manage multiple external parties at once
  • High proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop / InDesign / Premiere Pro), Apple Keynote, Powerpoint, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to execute projects with a sound commercial understanding
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent
