We are looking for someone to help us with a range of different tasks related to digital marketing, customer success and administration. At Eduflow we all wear multiple different hats, and so will you. The most important traits we're looking for are good communication skills, being able to juggle many different tasks at once and that you get work done quick and effectively.
We believe that digital tools for learning need to be more than just a playlist of videos. We're building learning activities that instructors can use to engage students and make them active participants in their own learning process. We were part of Y Combinator and are backed by some of the best investors in the nordics. We're a small, but incredibly talented team of 12 people. We're looking for driven, autonomous and talented people to join us and help shape the future of digital learning.
The tasks that will take up most of your time will be:
💬 Talking to our existing users and customers to help them be successful with Eduflow.
🗂 Manage our blog (but not write most blog posts).
🙋 Writing and updating our help center.
📧 Writing newsletters based on our blog posts.
🐦 Managing our social media profiles.
👩👩👧👧 Managing a small group of freelancers to help with lead generation.
Additionally you will spend some of your time on:
🧾 Tracking and sending invoices for our customers.
👩💼 Help organize our sales process.
🤝 Manage and communicate with affiliates and partners.
👔 Help us manage hiring for new positions.
📊 Creating, updating and tracking ads on Facebook and Google.
🤔 Help schedule and organize user interviews.
🌈 Various smaller administrative tasks.
What we expect of you:
🇬🇧 Great proficiency with speaking and writing in English. Our main language in the company is English.
🧠 That you are smart, critically thinking and can quickly learn new skills, products and technologies.
🏃♀️ That you get work done.
🤝 That you are collaborative and helpful towards your colleagues and our customers.
🤹♀️ That you can juggle many different tasks and responsibilities at the same time.
We sit in an office with a view of the lakes (thevillaworkspace.dk), we would like you to sit there with us!
