Sanofi is seeking an experienced Digital and Multichannel Manager responsible for the development and implementation of digital and multichannel solutions for the Nordic & Baltic (NOBA) region aligned with the overall goals of the marketing business units.
Prime location: Norway
Additional locations: Sweden, Denmark

Key responsibilities
- Define and regularly inform about new and existing NOBA initiatives within multichannel and digital
- Maintain regular contact with commercial leaders and managers to ensure appropriate planning of multichannel activities and secure NOBA initiatives are according to needs
- Active role in the development of NOBA digital platforms
- Plan and implement trainings internally for digital solutions and MCE planning
- Project lead implementation of platform for closed loop marketing
- Define and educate in tracking, measuring, reporting and analyzing banners and ad-words efficiency
- Manage various within and cross therapy area forums to strengthen the digital and multichannel strategy for the NOBA region
About You
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or health care industry
- Demonstrated success in the development and implementation of multichannel programs within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven commercial acumen with clear understanding of the business market dynamics
- Understanding of the dynamics of the future health markets – influencing future trends, with first class experience in the healthcare professional needs
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with an ability to influence peers and the management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience at understanding customer needs
- Expertise in creatively analysing business opportunities in order to deliver outstanding business solutions
