Bellagroup is now looking for an experienced Executive to lead and further develop a pro-active, professional, and internationally oriented group marketing and communication function contributing to further strengthening our position in the market.

Bellagroup is looking for a talented person capable of adding immediate value to the Marcom team and building a more proactive and value adding department. Furthermore, it is expected that the new Marcom Director will enter with a visionary marketing approach which will ensure a professionalization across the different business areas. The new Marcom Director must possess creativity and boldness in order to challenge the status quo and create and nurture an innovative and structured working culture, which works closely with the different business units and key stakeholders both internally and externally.
The Marcom Director in Bellagroup has the overall responsibility for group marketing activities and should oversee the overall marketing and communication budget. Bellagroup realizes most of its business in B2B markets both directly and via the strong distribution platforms and brands like Marriott International & IHG. In addition, part of the business is B2C based with brands like Bogforum and Legoworld.
Being on an exciting digital journey we are also looking for an individual with a documented record of overseeing and driving digitalization projects. At Bellagroup this will include assuming responsibility of co-implementing our upcoming CRM system and defining and realizing the group’s overall MarTech ambitions at large. Finally, the Marcom Director needs to further develop the recently redefined group brand, Bellagroup, to ensure partners, customers and employees see Bellagroup as a modern and professional partner and a place to stay, play, and work.
The Marcom Director leads a team of app. 10 marketing and communication experts and reports to CEO, Christian Folden Lund, and is a member of the Executive Committee (ExCom).

- Overall responsibility for the marketing budget in Bellagroup
- Securing a customer centric approach and decision making though out the Group.
- Developing and maintaining the Bellagroup master brand
- Marketing towards B2B customers for Bellagroup
- Marketing towards B2C customers for Bellagroup
- Playing a leading role in developing and implementing Go-To-Market plans
- Defining implementing and executing the group’s digitalization and MarTech ambitions
- Strengthening the co-orperation with international marketing teams at Marriott International and IHG
- Inspiring and nurturing a team of 10 skilled marketing and communication professionals
Criteria for success:
You will be measured on your ability to deliver within the following key areas:
- Bringing in the right customers both B2B and B2C at the right price (ROI based)
- Developing strong group and sub brands for specific business areas
- Further developing Go-to-Market plans for all brands
¡ Creating great working relations with international marketing teams (Marriott International & IHG) - Be admired as a strong partner for Revenue Management & Sales in the commercial team s
- To maintain and develop a well-functioning and competent marketing organization
