Student Assistant in PR & Marketing - HUGO BOSS Nordic's Head Office
HUGO BOSS Nordic ApS | Copenhagen | Denmark | Part-time
We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our PR & Marketing team at HUGO BOSS’ Nordic Head Office in Copenhagen, supporting the team in organizing various projects and to support the business across online and offline marketing as well as supporting the PR department’s implementation of the global PR strategy.
The candidate we are looking for is outgoing, responsible and well-organized passionate about and up-to-date on the fashion industry.
What you can expect:
- Handling of product loans for press and influencers in Launchmetrics
- Assisting in organizing press & retail marketing events
- Support with producing PR reports
- Updating of image material on digital platforms
- Coordinating digital campaign on partner platforms
- Operational assistance at photoshoots and video productions
- Support the marketing team in traffic driving marketing campaigns
Your profile:
- Skilled in Word, Excel and PPT
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both in written and verbal form
- Positive, open-minded and enthusiastic attitude
- Organized and structured thinking
- Ability to work in a team
- Reliable and accurate
- Eager to bring new ideas to the table, yet willing to adapt to global guidelines

In this role you will be reporting to the Head Of PR & Marketing and be part of a dynamic PR & Marketing team.
The position is 15 hours per week. The deadline for applying is June 20, 2021 but we will review applications continuously.
