EcoTree is looking for a talented part-time Social Media Manager:
🌳 Are you a creative soul with a great passion for brand building and social media marketing?
🌳 Do you have a playful mind that can shape coherent storytelling around EcoTree?
🌳 Do you know how to growth hack using Social Media, grow and engage our community?
🌳 Do you want to be part of a rapidly growing company in the fight against climate change?

EcoTree is a young, vibrant and successful French greentech startup, aiming to save the planet by planting trees!
Three years ago, a group of friends from France quit their regular jobs and created EcoTree, as they were truly convinced that making investing in Mother Nature something easy, accessible, and most importantly financially viable, was the best way to engage people in sustainable action! Since then, EcoTree has boomed and now serves more than 20,000+ individuals and 350+ companies. On ecotree.green, in just a few clicks and starting at 15€, our clients can develop their own “green” portfolio of trees, thereby absorbing tons of CO2 in the next many years, while making a profit in the end! What’s not to like about that?
Today, EcoTree is starting an exciting international journey, with a primary focus on the Nordic region. This is where you come into the picture! We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Manager to shape a beautiful storytelling around EcoTree.
Who are you?
You are a student in the field of communication that is passionate about making a difference for the environment. You are a structured mind in a creative spirit, able to keep the overview and the right priorities in mind.
You will be part of a young-spirited vibrant as well as a small but growing team and take part in that wholly new and exciting chapter for EcoTree: the international expansion. More specifically, we are looking for someone with:
✔️ Excellent written and oral level in English (C2)
✔️ Passion for the preservation of the environment and the forests, in relation to Climate Change
✔️ Pending or completed studies in the fields of communication or related topics
✔️ Top-notch social media skill set, ability to activate and engage users, and thorough comprehension and experience in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
✔️ Good comprehension of SEO and digital marketing

What will be your responsibilities?
- Managing all our SoMe channels and creating a consistent strategy in collaboration with the EcoTree team
- Taking part in producing online content that is designed to engage and create interactive relationships between customers and EcoTree on our Facebook, Instagram, blogs etc.
- Working side-by-side with our talented graphic designer and our small but passionate EcoTree team, while also staying in touch with our Paris office on a regular basis
- Support key business initiatives through communications campaigns targeting influencers, national and international press and social/digital media
- Ensure cohesive storytelling through creative and effective channel strategies
