We are looking for a data-driven and ambitious Director of Growth Marketing to drive and expand revenue from marketing qualified leads. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and have 3-5 direct reports as well as working closely with Sales and BI.

You are passionate about data, experimentation, and driving revenue in a fast-growing business, as well as a pro in creating and executing campaigns that grow the pipeline of sales, qualified opportunities.

You are well versed in project and stakeholder management to roll out campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
You're someone who gets fired up at the opportunity to generate demand for Falcon.io’s largest solution portfolio and always strive to deliver on time and on target.

What you'll do

    • Full responsibility for the use of the growth marketing budget to optimize all growth efforts across all channels and stakeholders.
    • Lead and assist your team of colleagues and agencies in delivering continued hypergrowth.
    • Set the strategy and direction for the most optimal use of our growth budget and make a plan for allocation of resources and budget for this.
    • Develop and spearhead a steady cadence of integrated campaigns that create pipeline
    • Work with entire Marketing team to drive growth across channels and activities such as and not limited to sales events, tradeshows and co-marketing partner programs
    • Collaborate with the content and performance marketing team to promote new assets across multiple channels such as website, content syndication, social media, and others
    • Create, iteratively evaluate, and improve new campaign strategies and tactics that have the potential to move the needle
    • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns with Marketing Ops lead and BI.
    • Partner with BI to dig into large data sets across the customer life cycle to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to grow the business
    • Design A/B experiments with data-driven hypotheses, to identify new audience opportunities
    • Be accountable for key performance indicators of the reach and impact of your experiments
    • Present your results and recommendations to leaders and help drive next steps


What you have

    • Many years of experience in client services/Account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department with a working knowledge of:
    • Email campaign management
    • Relationship/Client Management
    • Online or offline creative development/production
    • Digital/Multichannel/Integrated Marketing
    • Highly results-driven, we need a person who is driven by delivering high user growth
    • Track record of exceeding pipeline goals in a high-growth environment
    • Demonstrated success in running high-quality events on time and on budget
    • Excellent project management skills to keep the campaign train on schedule
    • Are obsessed with details yet able to zoom out whenever to see the whole picture.
    • Have a proven track record of leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects to success
    • Work cross-functionally
    • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
    • Have flawless verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
    • Experience and understanding of a SaaS business model and related KPIs
    • Experience using a BI tool like Looker, Tableau, Qlik (we use Looker)
    • Experience working on modern enterprise software
