In this role, you will support the Global PR & Influencer Director, in close collaboration with the rest of our global PR & Influencer Team, in managing the planning of influencer activation of Influencers globally in our local markets. You will have direct responsibilities for market communication and developing influencer activations – aligned with overall global marketing planning.
Your areas of responsibilities will be:
- Securing flawless execution of our global Influencer Strategy with a focus on brand, creativity, consumer relevance, Influencer fit, integrated planning, activation and evaluation – securing fully integration with the global PR planning, supporting all campaigns
- Own the process of developing briefs and guidelines to markets, getting them all onboarded and aligned on influencer activations globally, guide them with strong go-to-market plans integrated in the overall global marketing campaigns
- Ongoing handling of influencer content development coming in from markets, manage Influencer data base and secure directly and in close partnership with our global Social & Digital Team for them to use the content
- Lead on social influencer listening tools, setting clear KPIs and objectives to ensure we can evaluate the value of our influencer investment and ROI
- Coordinate campaign recaps and evaluation reports, identifying and sharing key learnings, analytics, delivery against KPIs and best practice sharing across all markets
- Partner and collaborate with multiple internal functions incl. social, digital, club, retail, media, product and design teams – not at least external stakeholders
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. You should be willing to travel approximately 15-20 days a year also to locations such as LA, NY, Bangkok or London and other places, where we work with our PR in regions.
Outgoing with a great energy and experience with influencer marketing
You might be the person we are looking for if you can work independently, but also be a strong team player able to work across different stakeholders. You are a proven innovator, bringing creative and innovative ideas to the table. You have a great overview of projects and tasks – and you are structured in your work approach. In particular, you are outgoing and have a positive mind-set, a great energy and a good sense of humor. And, just like us, you are flexible in terms of assignments and workload when required.
Furthermore, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:
- Degree in PR, Communications, Marketing or a related field (Bachelor as a minimum)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in the field of influencer marketing and communication, incl. minimum 1-2 years of working directly with influencers, and minimum 2 years of global/international influencer marketing experience
- Excellent interpersonal/communication and listening skills and strategic thinking
- Experience in marketing campaign development and execution at an international level
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle platforms/tools used by multiple functions
- Experience in using Influencer tracking tools to monitor and report on Influencer performance
- Understanding and passion for the influencer, fashion/lifestyle or jewellery industry
- Excellent presentation and organisational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
