Brand building and innovation
As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the current Brand Manager in Collaborations in defining a growth masterplan with a strong focus on brand building and innovation, based on customer insights and aligned with the overall category strategy and roadmap. You will play a key role in driving the development of the Collaborations category which is a key growth pillar of the brand.

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Look into all of the existing collaborations (i.e. Disney, Unicef) and identify how to make it bigger than today while identifying short term commercial wins and medium term brand building opportunities
  • Ideate, develop and execute new collaboration partnerships based on consumer insights and long-term strategic vision
  • Implement new ways of working internally and work closely with cross functional team to ensure best in class execution

In collaboration with the rest of the GBU team and overall marketing team, you will ensure that the brand approach is aligned with our strategy and overall planning in order to secure consistency in brand quality and recognition globally and across channels.

Furthermore, we hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 4 years of best-in-class marketing experience from similar roles with managing a product category
  • A solid marketing toolbox and a strong focus on brand building, transformation and innovation
  • Ability to manage and strengthen a product portfolio as well as to carry on and develop the strong existing partnerships and collaborations
  • Experience from global environments within the fashion, retail or FMCG industries
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact at all levels of an organisation as well as across functions
  • Postgraduate diploma in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or similar)
