We are looking for a skilled an experienced Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Senior who wants to support 3Shape attracting top talent to our fast-growing organization.

At the heart of 3Shape is the global HR team of 22 colleagues that supports the global 3Shape organization. You will join our awesome Danish HR (People & Organization) team located in downtown Copenhagen where you will report directly to our P&O Manager for DK. You will become part of a recently established Talent Acquisition team and take a coordinating role in the team, and across our global community.

As an Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Senior at 3Shape, you will collaborate with many stakeholders to direct our recruitment and branding efforts as we continue to grow our organization – both our commercial and technical part of our business has significant growth plans. We believe that hiring the best talent is core to our growth, and this integral role will be instrumental to deliver on that ambition.

The position

In short, you will be responsible for managing and improving the recruitment process from start to finish, including hands-on recruitment activities to support our hiring managers throughout the full recruitment cycle. Furthermore, you will design our Employer Branding strategy in close collaboration with our global talent acquisition community and our brand marketing people. You will also define roadmap and activities to drive forward a strong employer brand. All will be done in close sparring with the full DK P&O team, the global Talent Acquisition community and our business leaders.

Key tasks:

  • Develop and implement highly effective strategies to source, recruit and hire qualified candidates
  • Develop upon our employer branding strategy and activities, design a roadmap and drive activities forward
  • Take an active part in driving our recruitment excellence efforts
  • Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously, by managing an effective and streamlined interview process, from candidate sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and closing of candidates
  • Proactively source top talents using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to manage each step in the hiring process and foster long-term relationships

About you:

You have previous experience working for a large (+600 employees) company in fast-growing modus – preferably within Tech. You are familiar with the profiles we look for; you know what truly motivates them and you know how to excite them to join us. You are experienced with Employer Branding from both a strategic and practical perspective. Taking lead in an across- country/functional set-up comes easy to you, and you have a great track record in ensuring true commitment among your stakeholders and communities. You design and drive activities with equal amount of creativity and diligence. You excel in organizing, setting deadlines, and coordinating tasks among several colleagues.

You are comfortable with the rhythm of recruitment, and you enjoy managing multiple candidates and hiring processes at the same time. You have experience with all the different parts of recruiting, and your assessment toolbox is comprehensive

Your great communication skills and service mindset make you a recognized partner for the senior managers.

You thrive working independently, but always see yourself as part of a team.

Moreover, we expect from you:

  • Employer branding experience in a defining role
  • Experience with all steps of the recruitment processes
  • Experience with different types of interviews; incl. case interviews
  • Well versed in LinkedIn recruiter and are at ease with learning new systems
  • Basic knowledge of Danish labor law
  • Experienced user of assessment tools (preferably incl. Thomas Int.)
  • Minimum 5+ years of exp.
  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources or the like
