Your mission…

As Nordic Ecommerce Coordinator, you will be in charge of the support and be the go-to person for the E-Key Account Managers (eKAM). You will provide the structure & tools to help steering our business across the Nordic region and clients pool. Aside eKAM support, you will also be instrumental to bridge the needs of the team towards Marketing team and the other functions within our team (E-Merchandizing, E-Activation, Finance). The role reports to the Nordic Ecommerce Channel Sales Director.

You will…

  • Manage the Assortment & Masterdata files for the 4 markets, ensuring accurate information always available and implementing the necessary updates (rankings, launches etc)
  • Manage the Pricing file, gathering information for the 4 markets and make them actionable for all eKAMs, including on multi-countries clients
  • Ensure the delivery of all Ecommerce assets, working hand in hand with the marketing coordinators, to deliver ready to implement A+ content
  • Provide specific eKAMs support on ad hoc basis (launches etc)
  • Team spirit/Pride /Hygge owner: team events, breakfast


Your profile…

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • You are fluent in English; fluency in one of Nordic languages is a plus.
  • You have a hands-on and pro-active approach and want to drive results
  • You are details oriented and diligent
  • You have strong collaboration skills and are able to manage several stakeholders
  • You are confident in using Excel
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
