The Role
Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope on all global and local initiatives related to marketing, engagement, Go To Market, Commercial and digital projects. Your key area will be digital projects.
You must oversee all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, as well as monitoring and summarizing the progress of the projects. You will also prepare reports for management regarding the status of the projects. You must be familiar with a variety of the project management concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. You might lead and direct the work of other team members. A high level of creativity and indecency is expected.
As our new Marketing Project Manager, you’ll join the 9-person Project Management Team and report to the Global Head of Commercial Execution, Gine Buch.
Responsibilities / How you succeed
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and sometimes within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs, using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with relevant stakeholders and build a strong collaboration between other SXO teams working with branding, content, design, digital and UX etc
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with project team members for detailed briefs and clarification of specific requirements of each project
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders
- Assist and coordinate the development and continuous optimization of processes across Platform, website and the digital client experience.
- Create briefs, debriefs, milestone and roll-out plans for all marketing and engagement related productions using platforms like Podio, SharePoint, Forecast, Trello, TFS, Excel etc
- Support TRE growth from new business by optimizing marketing activities by supporting respective SXO teams and local CXOs on their local go-to-market strategy
- Support NTC growth across segments
You should have experience in
- Working for 2 years or more in project management
- Establishing operational and behavioral best practices to achieve organizational goals
- Collaborating with teams across a complex organization
- Presenting and reporting
- Using your project management toolbox, which includes e.g. Gantt charts, timelines, roll-out plans
- Solving problems with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and resolve them quickly
- Negotiating and resolving conflicts

- Always focused on delivering optimal and efficient projects
- A good team-player and you are confident taking ownership of projects
- Able to navigate a matrixed environment with diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable in an ever changing and high-paced environment
- Proactive and continuously improving our processes
- Comfortable with hosting meetings and creating detailed agendas
- Good at using your people skills, maximizing the usage of effective and productive human interactions, by e.g. working with senior stakeholders, digital specialists and creative people
