Then you might be our new full time Digital Engagement Specialist for our Technology Partner marketing platform.
Milestone Systems is growing very fast globally – and that requires new ways of working together with our partners in a shared community to bring strong customer value. We have created a collaboration platform on our website which aims to scale lead generation together with Milestone’s global technology partners. This website is central to our co-marketing proposition to Technology partners as well as regionally driven activities, such as events, webinars, and other sales enablement activities.
The Digital Customer Engagement Team within Partner Marketing is primarily responsible for Technology partners visibility on the Milestone Marketplace. Our focus is to optimize their presence to help customers understand the best solutions for their needs.
You will join a culturally diverse team of highly skilled colleagues in both Denmark and USA whom you can spar with daily. You will be part of a Partner Marketing Department in Global Marketing with a total of 6 other colleagues and will report to the Manager of Digital Customer Engagement in Denmark. We are busy but this never compromises our shared dedication to having a fun time, continuously helping each other to grow personally as well as professionally.
How will you contribute to team success?
The overall goal is to make our partners’ experience as successful as possible to increase their business with Milestone. We want to ensure our partners remain impactful as a value add to our product portfolio via co-marketing activities, matched with a well-founded digital presence ensuring them to be fully engaged in our digi-tal offerings as paying subscribers.
We are redesigning our value proposition to technology partners and Milestone marketplace is a strong part of our portfolio. Together with our regional colleagues we want to streamline our offering to technology partners. You will have a key role in this roadmap:
- You will own your Technology Partner portfolio for all stages of onboarding, engagement and customer success with clear targets and performance indicators such as subscription-based revenue, partner re-tention, and lead qualification metrics.
- You will guide partners to promote themselves digitally through the best membership package (sub-scription) to fulfill their business requirements
- You will drive your Technology Partner platform engagement and upselling activities, in close coopera-tion with our regional teams in EMEA, AMS and APAC always aligning and sharing insights
- You will work closely with regional marketing and community teams to enhance the technology partners experience within the Technology Partner Program framework
- You will help define the best marketing menu to support the Technology Partner Program
During a typical week you:
Prepare for planned meetings and review content vs performance – 15 %
Drive partner and internal alignment Teams meetings - 40 %
Report, track your progress and align with the team -5 %
Work on global projects and/or personal development tasks - 40%
Who are you?
You bring 3-5 years’ experience across fields as, sales of digital adverts, partnership management, sponsoring or events.
- You understand a 2 Tier business model and the value of an ecosystem
- You have a curiosity for technology, where AI, analytics, and cloud storage sparks an interest to learn
- You are business minded and strive to achieve your goals with Technology Partners success in mind
- You can navigate in a complex and fast-paced matrix organization
- You are a true team player, able to build relationship to achieve the team's goal
- You are comfortable working via online meeting tool always keeping it professional
- You are familiar with project management and engaging with stakeholders
- You are fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills.
