Advisor, go-to-person, coordinator, facilitator and enabler
At Milestone our mission is to help the world see, and our tool is our XProtect Video Management Software Suite that provides actionable insights from video data. To unfold the full potential, many partners need to integrate their software with ours, and that’s where you enter the scene as combined advisor, coordinator and facilitator.
As the client’s Single Point of Contact you help to identify needs, design the solutions and project manage development as link between the client’s developers and our development teams. Projects typically have a 3-6 months duration and solutions can be e.g. access control systems, license plate recognition systems and various analytics systems. Your primary tasks will be to:
• Be trusted advisor and go-to person for guidance and recommendations for our key
partners
• Act as architect and consultant for design & implementation of advanced integrations
with key partners
• Support/Drive/Manage projects, internally as well as with external partners
You will join a small and agile team of four including the manager at the Milestone headquarters in Brøndby, Copenhagen. Our focus is to create win/win solutions that make 1+1=3, and we experience good support from top management.
Solid experience within software development and technical integration
You must be highly customer and solution oriented with an additional ability to make things happen in a setup that involves many stakeholders internally and externally. This calls for your communication skills and as part of this your ability to clearly state “what, why, how, when and who”. Additionally, you must not be (to) frustrated when experiencing setbacks. They are unavoidable in our job. Apart from this, you can tick off the below skills:
• 10+ years of experience within software development
• Experience as coordinator and facilitator
• Experience within technical integration including developing and testing and use of
open API’s and SDK’s
• Knowledge of .NET, C# and related or knowledge of the Linux environment including
dockers, containers and related
• Very good English skills, written and spoken
