<strong>Central role in our Global Marketing Team</strong><br>
As our marketing operations specialist, you will play an important role in our newly established and growing global marketing team responsible for driving company-wide strategic and digital marketing campaigns. You will make a real impact as you collaborate closely with our campaign leads, agencies, and web team to be our systems-go-to and partner when building, executing, and reporting on campaigns. You will also take lead on educating marcom users and maturing their use of marketing tech.  </p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Marketing data ownership – drive and improve our current marketing CRM and data set-up and processes, in close alignment with marketing colleagues, enabling us to build and effectively reach prioritised audiences</li><li>Working closely with our commercial team and digital team lead on the integration between our sales and marketing CRM systems</li><li>Facilitate integration and data flows across platforms and bring data led insights to help optimise performance</li><li>Be our go-to for marketing automation and email personalization, working with our agency and educating our marketing colleagues with developing automation plans and flows</li><li>Analytics and reporting – set up and standardise our marketing reporting mechanisms across systems</li><li>Spearhead our SEO efforts to optimise our online presence and drive organic traffic</li><li>Collaborate with our digital team lead on shaping our roadmap for future marketing tech investment</li><li>Strengthen adoption and optimal use of our marketing tech stack, governance, and processes across the organisation</li></ul><p><br>
<strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong><br>
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe a good starting point is:</p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience with digital marketing – including marketing automation – and you understand the tech and systems requirements for setting up and executing integrated (B2B) marketing campaigns and automated nurture flows</li><li>A structured and analytical mindset, with experience in measuring and analyzing digital marketing campaign performance</li><li>You are well versed in marketing channels, web- and marketing analytics and how they integrate with CRM.</li><li>Experience with and knowledge of current SEO best practices</li><li>We work in HubSpot – if you do, too, that is a plus but not a requirement.</li><li>Basic knowledge of marketing legal aspects, incl. GDPR</li><li>You enjoy being part of an inclusive team, and it comes natural for you to take ownership of tasks and projects</li><li>It’s an advantage if you have experience from working in an international B2B organisation and can navigate cross-functional teams and different stakeholders – or you may be a marketing tech specialist with an agency background</li><li>You like to design and implement processes for scaling in the organisation.</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will help you succeed and thrive in this role include:<br>

You are a good collaborator and positively engage with colleagues across a global organisation as well as external vendors. Furthermore, an enthusiasm for building and improving processes as well as a pragmatic approach will serve you well.<br>
