Your mission…
As the E-Campaign (Eventing) Manager in the Consumer Products Division (CPD), you will lead the E-Eventing initiatives to maximize performance and drive traffic and sell-out online. You will work hand in hand with the Head of Brand Activation, the Online Brand Managers (OBMs), the Social Brand Managers (SBMs), E-KAMs and the E-Activation Performance Manager to deliver impactful Cross-brand campaigns and timely A+ activation e-retail content. Your main focus is to plan, develop and strategize Cross-brand events including concept theme and content creation, and you will also work on new e-marketing initiatives such as R&R & e-sampling. You will have support from the Content Graduate whom will be directly reporting to you. The E-Eventing role reports to the Head of E-Com Marketing and is part of the larger E-Comm team.
You will…
Craft & execute the E-Eventing Plan for your channel in close collaboration with Head of Brand Activation & the E-Activation Performance Manager – e.g. define Key Retailer & Shopper moments, define clear eventing objectives and Strategy, and animate both through e-retailer sites as well as through impactful Media and Advocacy Campaigns. Define & develop/adapt all required content, with the support of the Content Graduate, for all multi brand CPD events as well as all customer specific event, incl. themes & key product focus and being main point of contact to Zone. Plan, execute & evaluate transactional media for eventing in collaboration with the E-Activation Performance Manager Be point of contact for multi-div events in CPD; liasing closely with CDMO and other divisional e-comm touchpoints such as E-Kam and E-Activation Performance Manager. Promo enabler and recommendations : best practices, Bundles reco, GWP, PWP, sampling. Your profile...
Qualified with 5 years of experience from e-commerce, digital marketing or performance marketing roles with B2C understanding Experienced in performance media and marketing investment management Experience in liaising with Creative Agencies for Artwork briefs Strong in analytical and data management skills to optimize investment efficiency Comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders in a complex business environment You have good interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build relationships with all levels of internal stakeholders. Have strong communication & coordination skills with data driven decision making Hands-on and pro-active approach and want to drive results Knowledgeable of consumer acquisition, conversion and retention strategies Capable to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and agile environment. Fluent in English and preferably understand a Nordic language We are looking for you to start as soon as possible . The employment is permanent.
