We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Data Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
You will be responsible for shaping our analytics landscape, from collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to building reports and dashboards that translates complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to understand business objectives, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop reports and dashboards.
Your role will involve utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to interpret user data, customer behavior, and marketing performance, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the marketing strategy. You will be working with a broad and varied stakeholder landscape across our organization, and you are therefore expected to be experienced in managing and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

  • Setup and configuration of Google Analytics 4 accounts, properties, and views to accurately track website traffic, user behavior, and conversions. Implementation and maintenance of custom event tracking, goals, and conversion tracking to capture relevant data points aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and create reports and dashboards in Looker Studio, to monitor the performance of marketing KPIs, campaigns initiatives and activities. Regularly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including marketing managers, executives, and other relevant teams.
  • Develop and maintain business analytics dashboards using PowerBi based on a company data model.
  • Manage the collection, consolidation, and integration of marketing data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Implement best practices for data governance and compliance to maintain data quality, security standards, and compliance with GDPR regulations.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business implications and recommendations.
  • Full proficiency in English
