We are looking for a talented and experienced Solution Success Coordinator to join us as we work to develop Nordea Connect, Nordea’s payment service provider. Nordea is utilizing its market position and vast payment expertise in bringing a strong e-Commerce offering to the rapidly evolving market for our corporate customers.

We have launched our first version of our own payment service provider, Nordea Connect, and are now embarking on a journey to further developed the solution and valued added services for our customers.
That’s where you come in. We’re offering you a truly unique opportunity of being a part of continuing to build a new product line and supporting service offerings for our corporate customers together with internal and external partners.
We are looking for a highly strategic, commercial and result-driven person, with professional IT experience preferred or experience in product development in e-Commerce and online payments.
You will be responsible for integrating our partners’ solutions and features to the Nordea environments. You will do this in close collaboration with your team colleagues, our IT organization, enterprise architects and support functions. Your responsibility is to secure that we continue to build a stable, efficient and customer centric solution with end-to-end approach supporting our customers’ needs.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Integration and Partner Management team working with as an Integration Coordinator. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that we cover all aspects when integrating our partners’ services into Nordea making sure that we jointly deliver a stable, efficient and customer centric solution supporting our customers’ needs.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will be responsible for managing integration activities by analysing, requesting, coordinating and evaluating these with defined internal and external partners. This includes budget management; organize and track different initiatives, secure documentation; perform business analysis and scope preparation with the aim to create easy management and maintenance of the service
- You will secure that the organization is ready by proving input to the development of training and materials for implementation
- You’ll play a key role in ensuring that we cover all aspects when integrating our partners’ services into Nordea to create a smooth process from agreements handling and onboarding to maintenance and support
- You will act as a point of entry for your colleagues in the Nordea Connect value chain towards for example the IT organization
- Based on your vast experience in working in SaaS environments and with relevant delivery models as well as understanding Nordea’s legacy and policies, you guide and run the organization to secure state of art integration
- Stakeholder management and process experience as well as excellent problem-solving skills, in complex integration environment is key
- Structured pragmatism is required in order to have fast time to market
- Leverage data to deliver insights on business performance & future strategies

Who you are
Your profile and background:
- Proven track record of participating in large integration projects (preferably SaaS environment) with specific focus on defining integration requirements, outline market opportunity and create and implement a joint business plan and relevant delivery models
- A passion and ability to drive strategy & change, while simultaneously analysing and reporting on numerous concurrent projects
- Brilliant, demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships & alignments with external and internal stakeholders whilst also constantly evaluate, analyse and follow up performance and benchmark with industry practice
- You have strong sense of initiative and self-motivation that will add value to a fast-growing business
- You have passion for solving problems and are an analytical thinker that is solution-oriented and don’t take no for an answer
- You have a go-get attitude and a high execution capacity
- You are a team player and feel comfortable of working with people from diverse backgrounds and skillsets
Furthermore, we would like for you to have:
- At least five years’ experience of working hands-on with e-Commerce/online payments, with a proven track record from integration, customer success or operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong experience from working in both complex and fast-paced corporate environments, including stakeholder management. It is important that you understand Nordea legacy and policies and are able to manoeuvre in this landscape
- Highly knowledgeable within the digital space and e-commerce, with proven track record
- Proven commercial and strategic background, with clear sales experience including P&L responsibility
- Excellent communication capacity: comfortable with leading and driving meetings with C-Level contacts
- High level of energy and engagement with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
