We are looking for a passionate Strategy Executive, who is eager to learn and grow to become a full-blown senior strategist. You may be a fresh graduate, or only have one or two years of experience within marketing strategy, but you have an unconventional perspective of what it means to connect people and brands, and you naturally apply critical thinking to your work.

About the job

You will be supporting our strategy team in planning and executing outstanding marketing strategies. As part of this you will help ensure that our strategic insights and recommendations are always in tune with the latest media opportunities, and consumer insights, so that our clients can stay at the absolute forefront of how these opportunities can be realized for their next project.

Specific job responsibilities include

  • Conduct market, category, and discipline research.

  • Filter research findings and convert them into actionable consumer and media insights.
  • Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations.

  • Assist in developing best-in-class go-to-market strategies.
  • Assist in executing agreed strategies to deliver the desired client results.

Profile expectations

  • You are a fresh graduate or have one or two years of experience working with brand and campaign strategy for a B2C brand, or with a media agency, social media agency, online agency, or creative agency.
  • You are reflective and analytical.
  • You see insights and strategic opportunities where other people see data.
  • You can translate research and insights into clear recommendations.
  • You are charged by the opportunities of digital media.
  • You don’t get distracted when things get hectic.
  • You have flawless communication skills (fluent English, verbal and written).
