You are a ‘digital savvy’! You have a proven track record of multichannel marketing since ‘digital is your second nature’. You know the difference between ‘doing digital for the sake of digital’ and ‘leveraging digital opportunities to address unmet needs of customers and benefit business targets’.

We operate in a diabetes market that is highly dynamic, competitive and with standards of care changing as a result of new entrants and innovation. Going forward, Digital Health will further accelerate these change dynamics and offer unique opportunities for the benefit of patients, society and our business.

If you are our new team member in Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping a customer centric commercial strategy across channels for our flagship insulin brands – and for taking the lead on initiatives in Digital Health by preparing the upcoming launches of connected devices.

About the department

Marketing is responsible for generating and utilising customer and patient insights and driving the development of our commercial strategies for our existing product portfolio, as well as driving new product launches. In close cross-functional collaborations, we work to define the strategic potential of in-market and pipeline products. We develop and execute comprehensive life-cycle-management plans as well as launch plans to secure success.

The product developments from Novo Nordisk are already helping patients around the world to live better lives with diabetes. And going forward, the many new digital opportunities will – combined with the best medical treatments – be able to take diabetes care to a whole new level. Novo Nordisk aspires to be leading; also, on the new digital journey in diabetes. Our next step will be to provide diabetes patients with connected devices, giving new insights for the treating physician and the patient and thereby taking diabetes care to a higher level.

The position

You will lead the way and help shape how we integrate the new digital solutions into our current business and make our combined offerings stand out from the crowd.

Key deliverables include life-cycle-management plans and tactics for Tresiba® and Fiasp®, leveraging multichannel opportunities for customer reach, impact and market share growth. As an integral part of our insulin strategy, you will prepare for the launch of our connected devices in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. To ensure a successful go-to-market approach for our connected devices you will work with external digital partners and customers, develop brand campaigns and marketing programmes, leverage digital channels, medical education, patient programmes etc.

Qualifications

When it comes to Digital Health – you are curious, knowledgeable and see how the future of Digital Health, when applied in the right way, can provide win-win-situations for business and society.

You have prior experience from pharma, preferably in diabetes, but you have also worked outside of the pharma-industry and have leveraged digital channels as part of a successful multichannel approach.

With a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams, you thrive from being in constant contact with your field-based colleagues. You can set the direction – and you are a strong communicator, an experienced project manager and have solid interpersonal- and stakeholder management skills.

You master the Danish language – you feel comfortable speaking in Danish and understand when conversations take place in Danish. You can also read and write Danish – although ‘perfect Danish’ is not a requirement.
