The Position The Multichannel Customer Engagement Sr. Manager is overall responsible for channel strategy in Region North West Europe (NWE), and must work in close collaboration with affiliates to ensure execution of digital channels in the Novo Nordisk commercial ecosystem. Moreover, the role is closely linked to the delivery of campaigns and engagement of customers beyond, and in alignment with, the frontline. Finally, the position will also lead data-driven mindset within multichannel. As part of your key responsibilities:
  • You will drive channel expansion efforts in Region NWE including, but not limited to, rep-triggered e-mails (RTEs), broadcast e-mails, webinars, HCP Portal, etc.
  • You will lead the implementation of the regional upgraded HCP Portal from a commercial perspective.
  • You will provide support to channel orchestration in the Novo Nordisk ecosystem in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • You will champion use/adoption of customer engagement data and analytics and f oster customer journey execution in NWE affiliates.
  • You will independently define and lead key projects involving a wide range of affiliate, regional and global stakeholders. You will also be responsible for driving MCE adoption and building capabilities locally according to the overall Customer Engagement strategy defined by the region.
  • Qualifications To be successful in this role you should:
  • Hold a masters’ degree in business or a similar qualification.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in Multi/Omni-channel or as digital product owner for a large scale web product/service including development and management of content.
  • Be strategic and able to manage multiple initiatives at the same time.
  • Preferably also have experience with customer identification and management tools (e.g. Salesforce Identity.
  • Have proven results of strong engagement outcomes with customers, along with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to expand stakeholder relationships at all levels by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Possess strong influencing skills with the ability to challenge and gain consensus across varied teams.
