The Position In this position you will generate, obtain, use and communicate data, analyses and insights on engagements and outcomes from internal and external sources to improve commercial effectiveness. Furthermore, you will: Develop and implement new segmentation and targeting model based on e.g. customer potential, behaviour, demographics and preferences.
Lead initiatives to improve field force effectiveness and future frontline customer engagements, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance & operations teams to enhance go-to-market strategies, sales planning, and customer acquisition strategies.
Conduct change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of commercial excellence strategies across the organization.
Build competencies for commercial and medical functions within performance insights and dashboard usage as well as driving behaviours and competencies around data insights as part of decision making and brand building.
Qualifications To be successful for this position, you have a Msc in Business Finance, Economics, Statistics or any related field coupled with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within pharmaceutical industry. In addition, you have: Advanced analytical skills with the ability to perform data analysis & interpretation and manage data complexity with attention to detail and quality.
Ability to look for process improvements and foster innovation
Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, able to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and work in a cross-functional environment
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of Danish Healthcare sector will be considered a plus.
About the Department The Customer Experience team is a newly established team in the Customer Engagement and Commercial Innovation department in Denmark, Ørestaden. The department’s goal is to optimize and innovate our commercial activities, always with the customer at the centre. The team will be tasked with modernizing our commercial model and go-to-market strategy based on data and insights from market and customers.
