Marketing Excellence Manager
Join us at Demant’s International Sales Division at our Danish headquarters just outside Copenhagen. Become part of our Commercial Excellence team, where you get the unique opportunity of working on the forefront of shaping the future direction of our new team. Here, you can design and implement commercial concepts based on input from multiple stakeholders. Tasks & responsibilities
As our new Marketing Excellence Manager, your responsibility will be to identify, develop and implement new marketing processes, practices, and tools with the ambition to maximize our commercial impact. You are going to work in close cooperation with our global and local marketing teams, where you will review, challenge, and inspire current practices with a focus on driving efficiency and raising capabilities. You will play a leading role in providing actionable commercial recommendations - both for local and global management. Your tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Establishing, developing, and deploying Demant’s new Marketing Excellence approach
- Leading selected Marketing Excellence projects in close cooperation with global and local marketing teams
- Leading local Marketing Excellence assessments and cross-functional project teams
- Providing subject-matter expertise in the areas of marketing strategy, brand positioning, channel strategy, launch excellence, customer segmentation, and value communication
- Supporting key interfaces to marketing and sales functions across business units and markets
Your backpack
We imagine that you come with a minimum of 3 years of experience within Marketing Excellence. You can build on established local practices and support global and local marketing teams to realise their full potential. You thrive in an independent role, where you shape and establish your own work domain. Therefore, you are probably a very structured person who enjoys developing sound project plans and following up on them. You are furthermore proactive and dynamic, and it comes natural to you to establish and maintain personal relations across a large organisation. Other than that, you should be able to tick off most of the following competencies on your skills list:
- Strong commercial mind-set and experience with strategic marketing and sales management
- Proven problem-solving skills from previous projects and assignments
- Several years of professional experience from a position in Commercial Excellence/ Marketing Excellence in related B2B industry
- Passionate about solving complex business challenges
- Leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional project teams
- Humble, curious, and good listening skills
We expect you to be fluent in English and to travel internationally (app. 40 travel days should be expected per year).
