Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Media & Performance
Are you a data driven and innovative digital specialist, who would love to work in a highly international environment with stakeholders around the world? Then you might be our new colleague who will join our Paid Media and Performance team at Demant.
As our new Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have global responsibility for the digital campaigns and channels driving traffic to achieve our digital marketing objectives. At the same time, you support our sales companies across the world and help them succeed and grow.

Campaign developer with an international profile
We are looking for a specialist, who knows his or her way around digital channels. You know exactly what to do when it comes to constructing the digital activation and choosing the best media mix and reach the target group and KPIs. You are curious by nature and constantly try to understand how to improve the setup in the platforms. You like working with data analysis, and you are used to translate the data into actionable insights for our stakeholders at headquarters, as well as our sales companies across the world.
We expect you to have a Bachelor or Master level and some years of experience from campaign development in an international environment. You have worked either in a larger international organization or an advertising agency, where you have learned how to drive initiatives and projects forward.
We guarantee a steep learning curve where you will quickly understand the complexity of our business and the depth of the portfolio.
We will furthermore look for your ability to build professional relationships and approach your stakeholders with openness and curiosity. As a person, you are driven and passionate and ready to take independent decisions. Furthermore, you are a strong communicator and take full ownership of your tasks.

As a team, we a part of Digital Marketing department, and we work closely with all the other teams, but especially with the creative wizards in the Digital Content team, who delivers the content to our channels. In Digital Marketing you will find more than 100 people working to reach the same goal and vision – To make a positive difference for hearing impaired people around the world.
