Experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager


We are looking for an experienced digital marketing project manager to play a vital part in our quest to deliver a seamless customer experience. We do this by creating consistent customer and user experiences across all marketing channels and delivering optimised digital business systems that ensure flawless product launches.

As a part of Digital Marketing, you will be working with hearing aid brands on a global scale in close and cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders in Digital, IT, Brand Management and Commercial Operations as well as our sales companies. You will be part of a highly professional and engaged team, where team spirit and humor characterize our culture.

Key focus areas
Your focus is the project leadership of digital marketing projects from planning through development, execution, and implementation, involving stakeholders across the organization and multiple countries. Strong stakeholder management skills are therefore key, and you know how to create a high performing project team where everyone thrives and develops.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • leading digital marketing projects across the organisation
  • understanding of digital marketing systems and integrations between these
  • roll out and implementation of internal marketing systems and tools
  • driving change management and training in various user forums


You have business acumen, so though you are a project manager by heart, you know and take the business into account when making decisions and driving your projects forward. You have knowledge and understanding of the MarTech landscape and in managing large scale digital solutions across channels.

On a personal level you have a constructive mindset and can navigate in a complex and changing environment. You have great communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to listen and be a sparring partner for the project owner, internal and external stakeholders.

You have a commercial background and a proven track record within project management driving digital projects in close collaboration with project owners and key stakeholders. 3-5 years of project management experience from a digital agency or digital marketing team in a larger organization is probably part of your past.
