We welcome you to our dynamic and innovative Commercial Excellence department, located in our global sales organisation at Demant. We are committed to excellence and dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a new Senior Manager for our Marketing Training function in Commercial Excellence.
Here, your main objective will be to develop and strengthening commercial capabilities in the commercial organisation bridging sales and marketing. You will drive and lead our marketing training programmes, focusing on delivering best in class commercial training.
State-of-the-art learning solutions
As our new commercial learning expert in the marketing field, you will play a pivotal role in creating content in close collaboration with subject matter experts, implementing the training modules both in person and online, and leading an adult learning experience for our marketing and sales professionals in the wholesale business of Demant. This role demands a strategic thinker with a great interest in facilitation, marketing training, and a passion for developing and executing training material.
Reporting to our Director for Commercial Training, you will be working closely together with our sales companies and business areas to develop relevant content and work closely with commercial teams to develop training programmes and provide guidance, coaching to individuals and teams to enhance their performance and readiness for each launch. We are a dedicated Commercial Excellence team of 14 people with the ambition of maximizing our commercial impact across markets and business areas. We accomplish this by developing new processes, tools and learning programs that help drive efficiency and empower our sales companies to capitalize on their given market opportunities.
The role exists to give Demant Wholesale the best commercial foundation to champion the position as one of the best providers of life changing hearing health. The role is critical to ensure that learning becomes a key competitive advantage to meet our commercial objectives in a way that delivers strong customer outcomes.
Experience from working in a commercial context
You could find yourself working in a similar role in the industry, (or from Pharma- or MedTech) and have several years of experience in content development and implementing training modules in a commercial context. Furthermore, it is a big plus if you possess in-depth knowledge of international sales, marketing, and/or commercial processes.
As a person, we expect you to thrive in an independent role where you shape and establish your own work domain. You are a structured person who enjoys developing sound project plans and follow up on them. Finally, we are looking for a proactive and dynamic person to whom it comes naturally to establish and maintain personal relations across a large organization.

- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programmes for a range of local and international marketing teams focused on commercial excellence.
- Organize, and deliver training sessions with the objective to anchor commercial excellence practices.
- Establish network of SMEs and build/maintain relationships/stakeholder management.
- Act as a subject matter expert within commercial development & training and consult the commercial organisation in best practices within capability building.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance training materials and methods based on feedback and evolving business needs.
- Incorporate relevant insights into training programs to ensure teams are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
