The position As our Global Commercial Lead for Dose Check, you will be driving the commercialization of this strategically important dose guidance solution supporting people using basal insulin. The solution is a digital therapeutic falling into the category of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD). It is an exciting moment to join the team as the role will be crucial for launching Dose Check in multiple markets in the coming year. You will not only further develop the global commercial direction but also be in close collaboration with affiliates when they are localizing and launching the solution. You will lead the development of global marketing campaigns and strategically important projects to further accelerate the adoption of the solution. The position is a maternity cover until March 2025. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the commercialization of Dose Check
  • Activate the existing commercial strategy and lead further development of the global commercial direction for Dose Check
  • Develop promotional and training materials for the solution
  • Create global marketing campaigns and lead strategically important accelerator projects to increase the adoption of the solution
  • Contribute to projects that shape the commercial strategy and value proposition for Novo Nordisk's digital health and digital therapeutics approach
  • In this role, you will work with local affiliates in various markets and regional leads to ensure their requirements are met and assist them in planning for the commercialization of Dose Check, localization of assets, and the launch process of the solution. Additionally, you will collaborate with insulin brand teams, the SaMD system team, and multiple global and regional stakeholders across the commercial organization, as well as external partners. Qualifications You will be a great asset to our team because you have:
  • Master's degree or higher in business, economics, or another relevant field
  • Formal project management training and a proven track record of successfully driving projects to achieve tangible benefits with highly engaged project teams
  • At least six years of relevant work experience, including experience with projects in a commercial function and preferably therapy area knowledge of diabetes
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner, with excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • As a person, you are eager to explore new areas and a great collaborator that always has a positive attitude. You never lose focus, despite changing demands or tight deadlines. The role has a global scope, and some travel is expected (10-20 days a year). About the Department In Digital Health we strive to develop and plan for the commercialization of digital health solutions or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) solutions to ensure that patients achieve optimal therapeutic benefits from Novo Nordisk products. The Digital Health Diabetes Commercialisation team is part of the business unit Digital Strategy and Solutions in the Diabetes Therapy Area within Commercial Strategy and Corporate Affairs (CSCA).
