The Maintenance Technician is responsible ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Mechanical Technician improves maintenance related non-productive time ratio of the Product Line's assets within the Maintenance Base and improves maintenance efficiency and people productivity.
The position is onshore in Esbjerg, normal dayshift.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
· Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program.
· Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management business systems to record materials and supplies, labour costs and equipment maintenance performance.
· Comply with Technology Lifecycle Management Product Line standards.
· Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives and improvement plans.
· Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time.
· Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
· Implement CoSD projects, such as the planned repair and reuse of parts.
· Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
· Comply with the TLM Competency Management System.
Educational/technical background:
· Mechanical background/Trade certificate (Fagbrev, teknisk fagskole)
· Be able to read and understand mechanical, technical drawings
· Experience with HSE control systems
· Excellent English skills
Personal skills:
· You are outgoing, independent and have good social skills
· You must be comfortable talking with people from a diverse background
· You must be able to work under pressure and deliver quality assurance in your work
· You like teamwork and have the right attitude towards your coworkers and suppliers
