Core Responsibilities
For this 1-year maternity cover, you will join our Global Procure to Pay team, which is part of Business Processes & Information, and be working out from either Billund or Enfield. We do not offer relocation for this position, so it is important that you already live in one of the locations mentioned, when applying.
As part of the Procure to Pay team of 10 colleagues, you will take responsibility of our TEM process and system and bridge business needs with technical solutions.
More specifically, you will:
• Support the maintenance, documentation, improvement and standardisation of our TEM process
• Train and support process users in system processes and governance
• Apply business requirements and define, test and implement new system functionalities
• Participate in projects and workgroups that requires process and system knowledge
• Help us develop and maintain efficient and effective standardised processes that bridge business needs with IT solutions
• Stakeholder management of Global Process Owner, IT & other key internal and external stakeholders

Business Processes & Information is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of finance transactional and HR processes as well as process support for controlling, training and project portfolio. Our main mission is to build and maintain efficient and effective standardised processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions.
Do you have what it takes?
To succeed, you are a good communicator and a strong collaborator across cultures, yet you work independently and interdependently within the team. It is vital that you are highly passionate about details and driven to discover the root cause of any challenges that arise within the TEM processes, so that you may optimise it to its fullest.
In addition, you are likely to have:
• 2+ years’ experience with procure to pay processes - TEM experience is an advantage
• SAP FI knowledge, preferably within the TEM area
• Sound knowledge of process documentation and training others in processes and systems
• Proficient in English which enables you to present and explain complex issues in a language most people can understand
