Are you an experienced Project Manager with advanced process optimization and communication platform skills? Join our Procurement Business Excellence Team!

With your excellent communication and process skills you support we complete our global procurement projects efficiently and help ensuring we keep high level of communication and collaboration throughout the process.

Core Responsibilities

In this 12 month temporary position you will be the owner of the Procurement Communication Platform (SharePoint) ensuring structure, content and platform development. More specifically your role will be to:

• Ensure Procurement Communication platform (SharePoint) and will be responsible for the documentation of process improvement initiatives (ARIS Platform).

• Managing, Driving and Supporting communication initiatives in close collaboration with the Procurement Organisation and acts as an active partner and go-to person regarding communication and change management

• Take responsibility of driving process improvement and change Initiatives within the Procurement Organisation – participate, drive and deliver projects and project activities assigned according to agreed frames (time and resources).

• Ensure and drive documentation and standardization of Procurement Processes (LEGO Process Documentation Platform - ARIS Platform) – manages process review processes

The Procurement Business Excellence team is part of the global procurement organisation and is collaborating closely with the procurement organisation participating in and driving cross functional process optimization, communication and change initiatives.

You will be part of Competence Center of procurement processes and systems and will act as functional lead and expert within areas of the team scope.

In addition, you are likely to have:

• A degree in Engineering and/or Supply Chain or equivalent

• Min. 2 years’ experience in working with process optimization and documentation initiatives

• Experience in driving communication and change initiatives

• Experience in driving global initiatives

• Experience in working with SharePoint and Process documentation tools

• Basic knowledge of LEAN / Continuous Improvements

• Proficient in English, spoken and written – Advanced level
