Then bring your design experience, technical knowledge together with your outstanding aesthetic sense to help us build the toys of the future!
Core Responsibilities
You will be working in a dedicated team of specialists together with many partners to deliver elements that will have a strong consumer impact (e.g. a group of flowers, new hinges or new connectors). Create concept material, 2-D sketches and 3-D prototypes and keep an overview of processes, by managing documentation and driving own project-time-plans.

The platform team is one of the 4 element design teams at The LEGO Group, which designs the physical LEGO® elements.
It focuses on the complex LEGO® parts in our portfolio. The complexity can come from new platforms, integration of new production methods or mechanical functions. The team strives to deliver innovation to the children, and new possibilities to the projects that we support.
The ideal candidate has minimum 4 years in product design experience and in leading design processes; while proving 3-D software skill(Z-brush/freeform/Rhino/NX). Moreover, holds a Product Design, Industrial Design or Fine Art education, and has advanced English language level.
As a person, we expect that you demonstrate:
• Proficiencies in hand sketching
• Good analytic and system thinking
• Ability to collaborate across functional areas
• Good communication skills
