We are looking for a dedicated driven, highly motivated, well-structured and diligent Commercial Business Partner to join our Port Assembly Equipment team. The department is responsible for all Offshore related Transport Equipment and Installation Tools. We are based in Vejle, Denmark.

In this role you will work in a future oriented dynamic team and closely with your experienced technical counterparts across various Siemens Gamesa Offshore Departments. Your role will be to provide commercial impact by provision of high-quality reports and excellent partnering skills.

How to contribute to our vision

As a Commercial Business Partner, you will be the interface to our technical department heads and team leads, for your specific area of responsibility.

  • Conducting CAPEX controlling and Management reporting
  • Conduct Performance Review Meetings together with your technical counterpart and management.
  • You will be the main contact person for all commercial topics related to your specific area of responsibility
  • Timely and correct preparation of CAPEX requests and approval
  • Investigating and understanding deviations and abnormalities between financial submissions (Budget, Forecast, Actuals) and ensuring detailed commenting
  • Preparation of financial budgets and forecasts
  • Performing ad hoc analyses, reporting and controlling tasks

It is a plus to have a natural interest in IT tools and processes and / or advanced experience with SAP as well as good communication skills.

Other responsibilities:

  • Support strategic planning and decision making with special analyses
  • Act as key user for various systems (Power BI, Master Data, Demand Planning etc.) as required
  • You are establishing other financial reporting and data consolidation and analysis
  • You support in digitalizing the world of Controlling

To be successful in this role you preferably:

  • Hold a university degree in the area of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or controlling areas, previous experience from accounting, reporting and controlling tasks in complex environment will be an advantage
  • As a person you are proactive, result-/solution-oriented, well-structured, diligent and a dedicated team player with strong analytical skills
  • You are willing to take ownership and able to work under pressure whilst meeting deadlines
  • Experience in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA); advanced Excel user and programming will be a plus
  • Have excellent English skills, both orally and in writing,
  • Have good interpersonal skills and capable of working with people from different cultures and organizational levels
