CFO

Does ensuring financial transparency and optimising financial management appeal to you? Do you have experience from an international context and are you capable of focusing on both stable, day-to-day operations and strategic development? Then you may be the CFO we are looking to hire for Give-based Flex Wind. You will be in a strategically important position where you will shape the future financial foundation of a fast-growing company. You should expect 60-80 travel days per year.

Optimisation of financial management and establishment of good accounting standards
You will report directly to the Group CEO, and you are responsible for the company’s overall financial management, accounting and reporting. You will be involved in determining the strategic agenda and will be a key driver in implementing the strategy. One focus area will be to further develop, optimise and implement a structural financial management platform to support growth and the company’s ambitions. You will be heading a team of 15 controllers and accountants in Denmark, Poland, Brazil, Argentina and South Africa. Furthermore, you will ensure that initiatives are implemented, and you will continuously develop the department and the company. You will be measured on how you create transparency throughout the value chain to facilitate decision-making at management level. Central areas of responsibility will be:

• Preparing monthly and annual accounts, including consolidation of subsidiaries
• Financial management and reporting with emphasis on working capital, cash-flow analyses, forecasting and cash and risk management
• Being the financial sparring partner when establishing subsidiaries in new markets, e.g. in relation to international trade law, tax conditions and exchange rates
• Transfer pricing
• Cooperating with banks and external bookkeeping agencies

Communicative and a self-starter
You hold a degree in finance, e.g. an MSc in Business Administration and Auditing, a Diploma in Business Administration or similar, and you have solid experience within finance and accounting in an international context. You may have worked in project organisations where you have contributed to maturing financial processes. You are known for maintaining an overview and for being one step ahead in your analyses, because you quickly understand issues and know how to connect numbers with business acumen. This, combined with your professional knowledge makes you the preferred sparring partner among management colleagues as well as among employees in the organisation. Furthermore, you are structured and analytical, and you can talk to everyone at all levels. You have experience leading employees from different cultures, and at management level, we expect you to offer accurate analyses, challenging questions, positive follow-up and a pleasant attitude. You must be able to speak and write English at a high level.
