You will play a key role in our airfreight team, handling end-to-end operations. You will be handling the customer service towards our Air customers, and be in daily contact with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
Amongst other, you will:
• Maintain the dialogue with our customers, vendors and colleagues around the world.
• Qoute on ad-hoc shipments
• Proactively follow up on all shipments, to ensure first class service
• Do daily operations
• At least 2 years’ experience in doing airfreight operations (Import/export)
• Ability to plan, priorities and have a flexible approach
• Problem solving skills
• A creative mind-set and being adaptable to change.
• Professional attitude/behavior
• Well organized and ability to be a true team-player
• Fluent Danish language required
Please note that the position is a time limited position of 9 months.
