The role as Customer Program Specialist is a role for several of our customers which offers a great opportunity to put your own mark on the team. You will be part of a winning team and be a strong enabler in shaping the success of our Government & Projects team. You will be responsible for making sure every aspect of the operation is running in line with the high expectation from the client. Together with the operations manager, you will be the main escalation point as well as responsible for driving our overall performance.

The position will be located in Aarhus.

Key responsibilities


In the Special Projects Logistics team, you will be a part of a team of 38 experienced colleagues, where we strive to deliver the best service for our customers.
Together with your colleagues you will be instrumental in the implementation and daily operation for one of our key clients. You will also take part of our journey towards accelerated growth within our segment.

Your main responsibilities will, among others, be:
• Overall responsible for regional key clients
• Drive the implementation
• Drive & take part in the operations team
• Drive the KPI’s
• Create an environment of innovation and rapid response to the Key Client’s needs
• Create and drive processes for how the client are handled in the best way
• Responsible for the End to End customer experience,
• Handling the operation from a-z, when needed, including coordination of all modes of transport

We are looking for


Our ideal candidate is self-driven person with a can-do attitude, well organized as well as being able to stay cool in a hectic and complex environment. You strive in a collaborative role being the coordinator and making things happen. We value our unique team and are looking for someone who shares our vision of teamwork being the backbone of all we do. This means we are looking for someone who put the team first and is always ready to take part in the operation and support where it is needed.

The strong candidate has:
- Relevant experience from freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or similar. Experience from Air freight is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written fluency in Danish & English
- A collaborative mindset with a “can do” attitude
- Structured and well-organized
- Eagerness to be best in class and part of a winning team
- Ability to be flexible when needed as our job is not always 8-16
- Ability to travel approx. 5-10 days a year
