Product Management at Stibo Systems
You will be part of the Product Management team in our PIM Product Line. Here you will find yourself part of an engaged and experienced team, where you will be working alongside fellow Product Owners as well as Product Managers. All of your colleagues are as dedicated and committed as you in the delivery of value to our customers around the globe. The team is responsible for translating market problems and our strategy into roadmap and solutions, using Pragmatic and SAFe frameworks.

Product Owner Description
The main objective is to ensure we build the right solution to the market problem. To do this Product Owner understands specific market problems identified by the Product Manager and translates those market requirements into a solution. The PO owns the internal process to design and develop a solution to the market problem in close collaboration with UX, R&D, customers and key stakeholders. UX is a strategic priority for us and a key element in creating great products, so maintaining a close partnership with the UX lead and making UX an integral part of the process is an important aspect of the role.
More specifically, your responsibilities will:

Product Owner Description
The main objective is to ensure we build the right solution to the market problem. To do this Product Owner understands specific market problems identified by the Product Manager and translates those market requirements into a solution. The PO owns the internal process to design and develop a solution to the market problem in close collaboration with UX, R&D, customers and key stakeholders. UX is a strategic priority for us and a key element in creating great products, so maintaining a close partnership with the UX lead and making UX an integral part of the process is an important aspect of the role.
More specifically, your responsibilities will:
- Own, manage and maintain the development backlog for the team, translating requirements into Epics and work with the team to create corresponding stories
- Ensure that the problem and business objectives presented by the Product Manager are understood, and that the requirements are translated into specifications
- Ensure that the team, and especially the Architect and UX understands the problem when going into solution design
- Preparation and Participation in SAFe PI Planning, PI demos and other aspects of SAFe
- Define a scope which ensures the business objective and requirements are met, and delivers a solution supporting our strategy
- Validate the solution with customers and key stakeholders
- Take full accountability for delivering agreed-upon business results & customer value
Who we are looking for
The Product Owner ensures that we build solutions to the identified market problems. This includes translating requirements into specifications, using personas, user journeys and use cases. They act as a key stakeholder during the research and design process and own the solution design that the business develops.
To be a success in this role we are looking for a candidate who has
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- 2-5 years of experience working as a Product Owner with a proven track record
- Experience with agile development, preferably SAFe
- A willingness to empower as well as inspire commitment and positive attitude in the team
- Proven experience empowering and bringing out the best in people to enable high performing teams.
- Understanding of Design Thinking and an ability to make UX an integral part throughout the process.
