We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant with a positive can-do attitude to support our team based at our office in Allerød, Denmark.
What will you do?
• Responsible for order handling, invoicing and credit, prices, order complaints, local Quality Club send-out management and ad hoc projects
• Customer service - Helping customers by answering questions about delivery, prices and new products
• Responsible for purchase of office equipment
• Docusphere administration
• Support Service in spare part handling and service stock management (SMx and SAP)
• Organize customer meetings and internal company events /activities
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an organized and structured team-player who thrives in an environment where you need to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Furthermore, you should have:
• Excellent communications skills and great customer focus is essential
• Fluency in Danish and English, other Scandinavian language is a plus
• SAP experience is desired but not essential as training will be provided
• Self-motivated and driven with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Critical thinker with attention to detail
