We are looking for a talented candidate to fill the position as EA & Management Assistant to the Corporate Vice President of Global IT Operations, Global IT. You will support the CVP and the rest of the management team in a wide range of tasks, including coordinating management activities, driving organisational strategies, delivering KPI and project status reporting and much more. The position requires strong organisational skills and a high degree of independence as well as detail orientation.
About the department
Global IT Operations (GITO) consists of 200+ employees across more than 25 countries with main hubs in Denmark, USA and India. Global IT Operations deliver core IT infrastructure & digital workplace services while helping to drive the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk.
Global IT in Novo Nordisk is in the middle of an Agile Transformation, and GITO has embarked on changing our operating model as part of the transformation. An existing journey where the EA & Management Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the transformation. Therefore, experience with Azure DevOps and the SAFe framework is an advantage.
The job
As the EA & Management Assistant in GITO, you will assist the CVP and the management team (GITOMGMT) in driving the area’s cross-organisational strategy activities in accordance with the strategic targets. Additionally, you will have key tasks such as driving reporting on KPI’s, running internal projects, collaborating with our controller to ensure budget adherence, and drive our communication strategies. You will be an active member of the management team interacting with both internal and external stakeholders at all organisational levels.
Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, economics or similar. You have strong strategic, reasoning and analytical skills. You have the ability to effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You have a flair for numbers and a solid experience in working in a global organisation.
You are self-motivated, extremely result oriented, always raising the bar for yourself. You have strong cross functional understanding as well as excellent communication- and people skills. You have a well-structured approach to your tasks, take responsibility, have a high quality mind-set and are capable of maintaining an overview also under time pressure. You are highly independent, flexible and proactive. You are fluent in English and you are a skilled MS Office user.
