This role will mainly support Labour Relations. This team is responsible for advising managers and HR Business Partners on employment matters and understanding rules and regulations within employment and labour law, as well as our local agreements. Main responsibilities for the Student Assistant Position: • Support the Labour Relations front office by serving as the first point of contact via phone and email for managers and HR Business Partners regarding inquiries related to employment conditions at and general labour law matters. Manage legal and administrative tasks, including the registration of legal cases in our IT system. Assist Labour Relations with updates of knowledge articles published for all employees in Denmark
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations
• Ad hoc tasks in connection with larger projects in People Relations Please note: This position is part-time and is intended for students currently enrolled in academic programs. Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: • You are studying law either at the University or at the Copenhagen Business School
• Ideally, you have prior experience in the field of employment law
• You have a natural flair for service and a good customer experience
• As our corporate language is English, you must have a good command of the English language besides being fluent in Danish
• You have an independent personality and can see a broad perspective. You can take initiative and have a positive can-do attitude as well as a sense of humour and duty About the department
Within People Relations, our responsibilities include providing guidance to leaders and HR Business Partners on labour and employment law, negotiating 's collective bargaining agreements, and safeguarding employees' personal data to ensure data privacy compliance. We ensure alignment with Labour Rights according to the UN Global Compact and drive the social sustainability agenda for our vulnerable employees.
