Do you have solid experience with programming and Software development? Are you passionate about Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) and new technology and do you have a strong interest in process improvement? Would you like to use your skills to optimize the way we manufacture pharmaceutical products? Then join us. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a new Digital Solution Developer, who would like to explore and add value for our customers by developing new solutions.
The position
As Digital Solution Developer your main task is to use your analytical sense and development skills to help our customers find the right solutions to streamline, simplify and automate their processes. You will participate in various workshops and drive end to end process digitalisation of manufacturing processes on the SAP Cloud Platform with a focus on applying relevant services and technology e.g. BPM services.
In particular you:
- Perform value stream mapping, process and concept design to development of IPA solutions.
- Advise on building and validating IPA solutions for our Line of Business and advise internal customers in the use of IPA and qualification of new automation processes.
- Ensure that requirements (user stories created through workshops) are fulfilled and documented in either functional and/or technical design specifications,
- Enforce and improve our design and coding standards, policies and procedures. This includes design, development and implementation of IPA processes using SAP Cloud Platform, validating the processes by performing appropriate testing and ensuring configuration control and documentation.
- Use the scaled agile framework (SAFE) daily and work closely with the IT Solution Architect and process architect to achieve great results.
- Participate in various workshops across business areas. Follow up on marked knowledge and best practise within the SAP Cloud technology domain including other similar trends and pattern in the marked.
As solution developer, you will have a great opportunity to work with several different stakeholders, departments and roles. As such, you will be part of our delivery team and you will play an important role in creating and implementing future technologies and processes in our manufacturing organisation.

Qualifications
Ideally, you are a sharp, proven software developer with 5+ years of experience with/from pharmaceutical companies and you have:
- a Master's degree or similar in an IT related field.
- Experience with programming in: Netweaver Gateway, ABAP OO, SAP UI5
- Experience with following applications: SAP Cloud Platform
- Experience with source systems: SAP ECC, MES Systems
- Experience with Integration: SAP PI/PO, O-data, webservices, SAP Cloud Connector
- Experience with DevOps Azures for Agile Technology

About the department
We are a unit that has been established to drive digital IPA transformation in Novo Nordisk Product Supply. Product Supply is our global manufacturing and supply chain network organisation. Our team focuses on developing new digital solutions such as IPA and automation and primarily using SAP Clould Platform and UiPath to assist our customers automating their processes, improving performance and gaining concrete business benefits. You will become a part of a high performing, international team who is passionate about working with digitalization and exploring opportunities to solve complicated business challenges, as we aim to explore digital solutions by identifying, developing and driving new digital initiatives within processes for the benefit of the entire business.
