We are looking for a skilled & passionate implementation consultant to help drive the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk. You will be part of an agile transformation team for Novo Nordisk Global IT Operations to succeed with an ambitious agile transformation of our entire business process landscape.

The department
The position is based in Global IT Operations (GITO) - an area with 200+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our infrastructure operations and digital workplace services.
The GITO Strategy and Transformation department is a team of highly skilled and dedicated people, responsible for defining the global infrastructure strategy and implementing related products and activities. As a department, we have a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, we are setting the direction in working with agile deliveries and coaching agile delivery teams, and we are embracing new ideas on how to successfully deliver and introduce new ways of working. We are right now on a journey applying agile ways of working in our organisation, and our work will be delivered according to the SAFe framework with agile teams running iterations. The department works closely with our business owners to understand and adapt to changing business needs.
The position
As an Agile Implementation Consultant, you will become responsible for actively participating in the agile transformation in GITO by support the agile setup in the teams in close collaboration with our agile coaches. You will plan and execute ownership and change readiness activities to ensure sustainable ownership of the solution being implemented. Secure communication to GITO employees and relevant stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Drive Change Readiness (OCM) and communication towards entire GITO
- Drive update of guidelines to reflect new processes
- Drive a training strategy aligned with learnings
- Knowledge build up for agile setup in GITO
- Drive knowledge sharing
- Agile mindset and method deployment across GITO
Your role as Agile Implementation Consultant is crucial for the success in our transformation and has top priority and support from senior management as part of implementing agile principles and new ways of working in Global IT Operations.
The position is in Bagsværd, Denmark, however, you will be working with global teams and may sometimes need to work and engage with agile delivery teams distributed across different time-zones.
Your qualifications
We are first and foremost looking for someone who is passionate about agile and the journey there.
You hold a master’s degree within Business, Engineering or the like and either have relevant experience, preferably from working with optimisation initiatives or implementation of IT systems or you can demonstrate profound interest and/or competences within the field.
As a person you are ambitious, energetic and find it easy to understand new processes and are willing to go the extra mile to accomplish your tasks and goals. Further, you work structured and have the capability of keeping an overview of many on-going activities. You are motivated by challenging assignments, you absorb new knowledge quickly, and you are always open for developing new competencies.
You need to be a strong communicator and facilitator as well as being able to consider solutions to the end. You also have a global mind-set and you speak and write English.
