About the department

“People Project & Services” in askHR DK, is part of Global P&O Services in Novo Nordisk and consists of 16 highly engaged and professional employees. We function as the one-point-of-entry for approximately 16.000 employees and managers in Denmark where we provide guidance on HR administrative matters via chat, phone and via ServiceNow. Furthermore, the “People Projects & Services” team consist of 5 employees who are Subject Matter Experts within employee data management, systems and quality and who work to optimise systems/processes whilst participating in global HR IT projects. We work closely together as a team with our “front office” colleagues to ensure that they via our HR portal and systems can provide a great customer experience in collaboration with our sister department in Bangalore.

The position
You will work as a Subject Matter Expert on employee data management processes and systems (SAPHR, ServiceNow and soon also SuccessFactors EC). Two years ago, we implemented ServiceNow as a case management system and we will in April next year replace SAP HR (excluding payroll and time data) with Employee Central from Success Factor. The position requires in depth knowledge of especially ServiceNow as you will be acting as Super User on ServiceNow together with another colleague in the team. Ideally you have also been part of global HR IT projects related to HR master data before

You will also drive improvement projects using the LEAN methodology and tools within own operations and have continuous focus on optimising, standardising and offshoring work processes from Denmark to Bangalore. Your role will also be to coach less experienced colleagues with LEAN practices and tools to optimise our operations.

Qualifications
You have an academic background combined with 5-10 years of professional experience from an HR operational department working with employee data management systems. You must be experienced with ServiceNow, SAP HR and possibly also SuccessFactors. You are trained within LEAN methodology and can drive improvement projects.

You have experience from HR IT projects and working in a global setting. Ideally you would also have experience with Scaled Agile Framework methodology. You are good at communicating clearly and accurately and are able to collaborate with all levels of the organisation. You hold good intercultural skills and are proficient in both Danish and English languages.

You have a strong customer mind-set and a professional approach with a can-do attitude reflected by a desire to take initiative and find solutions to the benefit of our customers and stakeholders.
