The position
As Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes supported by sourcers and administrators from our RPO, AMS. With great support to find the right candidates and schedule interviews you will guide the hiring managers through our recruitment process from start-up meeting and all the way to the final selection of the candidate. Along the way, you will assist, advise, and challenge the hiring manager while also ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience. In order to optimize our efforts, we have introduced specialised focus areas. This means you will partner up with a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner in supporting a specific business area or a specific professional group. You will have your own portfolio of recruitments which you run independently, while also working closely together with your TA Partner, your team, other colleagues from Talent Acquisition and the wider People & Organisation function. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold at least a bachelor’s degree Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a talent acquisition position Have conducted candidate interviews (1st and 2nd interviews) Be fluent in English (both written and spoken) As we use People Test Systems (PTS) as part of our assessment method, it would be considered as an advantage if you are already certified in PTS or familiar with any other assessment tools. As we are looking to recruit several Talent Acquisitions Consultants to support various areas within Novo Nordisk, we can consider people with a variety of experiences. Your drive makes it natural for you to manage many different and sometimes complex recruitment processes in parallel and reach out to the stakeholders you need to involve in accomplishing your goals. The Talent Acquisition DK team consists of approximately 45 recruiters and together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark with around 8,500 recruitments annually. Your colleagues have a diverse range of backgrounds, but we all share the same passion for Talent Acquisition and most have spent quite a few years making sure that the right jobs find the right talents at the right time. We have our primary base in Bagsværd, but we spend a lot of time at the different sites in Måløv, Søborg, Gentofte, Kalundborg, Hillerød etc. depending on the assigned focus area. Therefore, we have a strong focus on keeping in touch, doing social activities, and sharing knowledge on a regular basis.
