We are looking for an Advanced SAP Business Analyst to join us in Manufacturing IT, working within the SAP Logistic landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to be both deeply involved in our technical SAP configuration, while also close to our lines of business to understand and define our future setup.
The position
You will be working mainly in an agile team specifically with SAP QM and integration to Production and Warehouse Management (WM). Your key responsibilities will fall into these primary areas:
Qualifications
You come with a Master’s Degree in Business, IT or another relevant field and ready to go into the agile transformation.
We expect you to have:
As a person you have strong analytical skills, making you able to understand technical complex issues. You have good interpersonal skills in being able to guide and challenge your colleagues in the line of business, when needed.
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
You are fluent in both written and spoken English.

Manufacturing IT Supply Chain is anchored within the Global IT organisation and has 700+ employees based in Denmark and India. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide.

The position
You will be working mainly in an agile team specifically with SAP QM and integration to Production and Warehouse Management (WM). Your key responsibilities will fall into these primary areas:
- Participating in daily delivery teamwork with focus on QM related tasks.
- Being part of an Agile Team and working accordingly as part of the ART structure (SAFe).
- Working closely with our line of business partners to further explore the future system processes within logistics with focus on QM.
- Be responsible for defining, planning, and executing the work activities in close collaboration with the scrum master, product owner delivery team and along with other agile teams.
- Participant in project related activities. E.g. workshops, requirement gathering, validation, implementation, hyper care and change management exercises.
Qualifications
You come with a Master’s Degree in Business, IT or another relevant field and ready to go into the agile transformation.
We expect you to have:
- Experience with procurement and production processes in SAP ECC Logistic and deep knowledge and experience in the SAP QM module.
- Understanding of the integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and knowledge on end-to-end supply chain processes within SAP ECC.
- Deep knowledge of Inspection Lot Processing, Batch Management, Classification, Integration with Handling Unit Management, Warehouse Management and Material Management.
- Deep knowledge of the master data in SAP Production and Quality area and master data governance.
- Experience in SAP end-to-end implementations with responsibility of QM configuration.
- Good understanding of agile framework (e.g. SAFe) and working in agile teams will be an added advantage
