The position

With increase complexity and growth, we look to strengthen our training support enabling us to succeed now and in the future. Your primary role will be to support leaders by making sure that the effective training and competence development is accomplished both when onboarding new employees and in continuous development of current employees.

As the Training Partner you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and defining training needs.
  • Deliver professional support to managers across the areas ensuring the right training to match their business needs and requirements.
  • Identifying and implementing optimisation and structure in our processes and workflows, making training efficient accessible, and simple.
  • Focus on simplicity and structure in supporting leaders on operational tasks within training as reviewing and executing changes required within training in our corporate system and pull reports.
  • Adjustment to current legislative requirements and enable employees to best perform their work.

Qualifications

The role requires extensive collaboration and alignment with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation, which calls for clear communication, a pragmatic and curious approach with the ability to self-manage your tasks and make independent decisions.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working with training, preferably from a larger global organisation
  • Proven project management competences
  • Flair for and natural interest for IT systems and linking training to business.
  • Fluency in English both oral and written

About the Department

As our Training Partner, you will be supporting The Senior VP-area Supply Chain & Finance with approx. 300 employees in Denmark and the Corporate VP-area Product Supply, Quality and IT TEC focusing on leading the modern technology ambition across the areas with approx. 100 employees in Denmark.

Both areas are expanding, and you will have the opportunity to be part of the growth journey and put your mark on the processes, administration, roles and responsibilities within training.

The position will be placed in the P&O team supporting the areas, a small team with one HR director, two HR Business Partners, a Communication Partner and you as our future Training Partner.
