Join us as a Business Analyst in a newly established and fast-moving team in Injectable Finished Products (IFP), Manufacturing Development (ManDev) in Novo Nordisk.
About the job
We have an exciting opportunity for a data driven candidate to join us and to run various digital improvement projects and data processes. This may include data analysis, visualisation and pre-processing but also design, development and implementation of dashboards and Power Platform tools tailored to business needs.
The job will include a variety of tasks with a primary focus on structuring and harmonising different types of data and developing digital solutions that optimise existing business processes. You will engage with stakeholders from around ManDev and conduct workshops to identify manual, paper-based or complex processes and digitalise them to improve the efficiency, consistency, and quality.
The position
As Business Analyst you will help drive, develop, and implement digital solutions to optimise processes within ManDev. You will proactively identify better practices and create improvement projects within e.g., Business Intelligence and Power Platform.

ManDev Digitalisation currently consists of 5 skilled and professional employees. We are part of IFP ManDev Business Support which consists of around 20 employees incl. management support, financial planning, strategy and business plans, training, quality, facility management as well as environment, health & safety. IFP ManDev supports the IFP production sites across the world by creating innovative improvements to production processes while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.

The position

Your main task will be:
- Identifying opportunities to simplify processes within ManDev
- Structuring and harmonising various types of data
- Developing data visualisations and converting data into insights
- Supporting adoption and roll-out of digital initiatives
- Drive the digital agenda in ManDev
Qualifications
- You hold a master’s degree within Business Administration, Computer Science or similar and have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience within Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Power Platform Development
- Strong analytical skills
- Experienced in MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
- Experienced in Alteryx/Tableau and Microsoft Power Platform
- Proficient in presenting data in an easy-to-understand manner
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- On a personal level you are a skilled problem solver who always seek new ways of working. You’ll also be the type of person who is curious and driven to achieve first class results and – of course – you are organised and structured with high quality standards and the ability to spot opportunities for optimisations.
